"If you say jump,
he jumps as high as he can,
asks if that was high enough,
and then jumps again."

Wil Brendel is a 21-year-old illustrator, and a September 2008 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Media Arts & Animation. Wil's first original comic strips were created circa 1997, and he was first published in The Community Voice, the former newspaper of Holly, Michigan, circa 2001. Currently, his most ambitious acheivement in comics is the completion of www.fireball20xl.com's Sonic the Hedgehog fan graphic novel, Chaos Diamonds 3 written by Psyguy.
Currently, Wil is seeking employment in comic book pencilling/inking, film storyboarding, or concept artwork, but is also open to other positions complementing his skillset. For personal statistics about Wil, scroll down this page.
Where There's A Wil Productions is the umbrella website for Wil Brendel's self-produced web comics and online portfolio. The site has been home to multiple comic series over the years, and will surely be home to more. As of this writing, the four main series of WTAW are Evertropolis, the saga of a young man and his friends' adventure to save the world from political corruption, currently on hiatus while the script is reworked. Enter Clear Bowl, a Sunday-comics style series about a group of misfits who all work or hang out in a bowling alley. Randomosity is a comic whose subject matter changes with every new strip. Topics covered include video game inside jokes, Harry Potter book release hysteria, movie releases, and general cartoon antics. Finally, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Cowabunga! is a fan comic written by Psyguy of www.fireball20xl.com about the heroes in a half shell created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird.
